Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. million88 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.
million88 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. million88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. The results of games determined by the million88 Platform's certified random number generator (RNG) or by live game outcomes are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, million88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the million88 Platform:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, million88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your account; (c) any interruption or cessation of Platform services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or material on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including its formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
